Steve comes down from up north to visit and likes to help out, he worked for Boeing a few years back. He has installed the panel on a few other Lightnings and he is helping with the install of the panel into Jack’s plane.
It’s an exciting accomplishment for a builder to see the panel light up.
In no time at all, Jack has his Lightning started up!
Next step is the runway to taxi a few times up and down and up
again. Along with the handling of the Lightning, Jack and Greg will be checking
the panel information to make sure all systems are working and status is being
indicated accurately.
A little adjustment to the carburetor and back out to the runway.
Look at how pretty Jack’s Lightning is on the runway.
It could hardly stay on the ground.
